Dear Supporter
In the Atmeh Camp in northern Syria, little Farah lives with a quiet face that hides pain far beyond her young age. She lost her father last year, leaving her, her mother, and her elderly grandmother to face life inside a fragile tent that offers little protection from the cold or the harsh realities of displacement.
Since her father’s passing, the burden on her mother has doubled as she struggles to provide the basics of life, while the grandmother does her best despite her frailty. With no stable source of income, the family survives largely through humanitarian support.
The Arrival of Bread… A Simple Gesture That Means So Much
During our recent distribution round, our team reached Farah’s tent carrying fresh bread.
The moment was deeply touching—Farah approached shyly yet joyfully, while her mother thanked us repeatedly, saying:
"Your presence beside us is what helps us keep going."
This bread is more than a meal; it is a lifeline that eases the family’s daily struggle and provides a sense of relief in the face of hunger and scarcity.
How Your Donations Make an Impact
Thanks to your generosity:
Why We Continue This Work
Thousands of children like Farah live in camps without a breadwinner, burdened by displacement, poverty, and the loss of a parent.
Providing bread to vulnerable families remains one of the most vital interventions to help them endure hardship and maintain a minimum level of food security.
Thank You… You Are the Support Farah Depends On
Efforts like these cannot continue without your generous contributions.
Every loaf that reaches a family in need is a message of hope that says:
"We are not alone… someone cares about us."
On behalf of Farah, her mother, and her grandmother, we extend our heartfelt gratitude for your kindness and for the real impact you create in the lives of the vulnerable.
