In the heart of Maram Camp in northern Syria, where tents stretch across a landscape marked by cold and deprivation, little Walid lives with his parents and elderly grandmother in a small tent that offers little protection from the harsh elements. Years of war have exhausted the family. Walid’s father lost his job, and his grandmother requires constant care and a steady supply of nutritious food.
Thanks to your generous support, we were able to deliver a comprehensive food basket to this struggling family. The basket included essential items such as rice, lentils, bulgur, oil, sugar, tomato paste, and other basics—enough to sustain them for an entire month and ease the daily burden of securing food.
When we handed over the basket, a smile lit up Walid’s face, and his father thanked us with words that still echo in our hearts:
"May God reward everyone who helped us. Today, we felt a sense of relief and peace."
In such harsh conditions, your donations remain a beacon of hope shining through the tents of poverty and neglect.
