Dear Donors
Life inside displacement camps in northern Syria is a daily struggle shaped by uncertainty, hardship, and extraordinary resilience. Thousands of families who were forced to flee violence and destruction now live in overcrowded camps or fragile shelters, trying to rebuild some sense of normal life in conditions that remain extremely difficult.
With each passing season, new challenges emerge. During the winter months, freezing temperatures, heavy rain, and mud flood the camps, turning simple daily tasks into exhausting battles. In the summer, intense heat, water shortages, and poor sanitation create additional risks, especially for children, the elderly, and those living with illness. Damaged infrastructure, unstable electricity, limited healthcare, and interrupted education continue to affect nearly every aspect of daily life.
Parents wake up each morning carrying the heavy responsibility of protecting their children while struggling to secure food, clean water, medicine, and basic shelter. Many children have grown up knowing nothing but displacement, instability, and the loss of the homes and communities they once called their own.
And yet, despite these overwhelming hardships, families continue to move forward with remarkable strength and determination. They continue to care for one another, support their children, and hold on to hope even in the most difficult circumstances.
Humanitarian support does far more than provide emergency supplies. A food basket can ease the burden on a struggling mother. Clean water can protect a child’s health. Financial support can help a family meet urgent needs. Educational and child support programs can help restore stability and a sense of normal life.
Every act of support carries something deeper than aid—it restores dignity, rebuilds trust, and reminds families that they are not facing this crisis alone.
Because of your generosity, support continues to reach families living in the harshest conditions across northern Syria—bringing relief, restoring hope, and reminding them that they have not been forgotten.
