In the heart of Kafr Camp in northern Syria, little Majd lives with his parents in a small tent that offers little protection from the summer heat or the winter cold. They, like thousands of other displaced families, endure harsh living conditions after being forced from their homes by war.
Majd, who is no older than nine, wakes up each day to a life of hardship, where his parents struggle to provide even the most basic necessities—chief among them, bread. With soaring prices and scarce resources, securing bread has become a distant dream for many.
Thanks to your generous contributions, we were able to deliver fresh bread to Majd’s family as part of our bread distribution campaign, which targets the most vulnerable families in the camp. This delivery was more than just food—it was a message of solidarity and compassion in a time of great need.
The joy on Majd’s face as he held the warm loaves of bread was a powerful reminder of the impact of your kindness. It affirmed the importance of continuing this mission and supporting families who have nothing but hope and the patience of loving mothers.
