In the city of Suran in northern Syria, where the aftermath of war continues to burden the lives of civilians, lives the orphaned girl Nuran with her mother and elderly grandmother in a modest home lacking the most basic necessities of a dignified life.
Since losing her father, Nuran’s mother has been the sole provider for the family, struggling daily to meet their basic needs. With the grandmother’s old age and need for care, the responsibilities on the mother have multiplied, and their need for external support has grown even more urgent.
In a pivotal moment, your generous sponsorship arrived like a ray of hope, offering Nuran and her family a sense of relief and restoring a bit of the lost security. The financial support recently delivered helped cover some of their essential needs—food, medicine, and clothing—and brought joy to Nuran’s heart, who had long dreamed of a day when her mother’s burden would be lightened.
Because of you, Nuran now feels that someone cares. Someone is standing by her. Someone is extending a hand of support in a time filled with hardship and uncertainty.
