Dear donor,
In northern Syria, inside the Ahtimilat camp, lives Fatima with her elderly husband Ahmed in a simple tent that barely protects them from the cold of winter or the heat of summer.
Five years ago, Fatima and her husband were forced to flee their home in Tel Rifaat after it was destroyed by war. Since then, the camp has become their only refuge.
Fatima says with a voice filled with longing:
"We have one daughter living in Turkey, but she cannot help us because her husband’s financial situation is also very difficult."
As the years passed, the hardships of old age became heavier, and even obtaining food and medicine turned into a daily struggle.
But thanks to your generous donations, we were able to provide urgent financial assistance to Fatima and her husband Ahmed — support that helped them meet their basic needs and purchase essential medicine.
Your kindness has brought back hope to two elderly souls who had lost everything. You reminded them that compassion still exists and that they are not forgotten.
May Allah reward you abundantly and bless every contribution that eased their pain and revived their hope.
