The orphaned child Salwa lives with her mother and grandparents in the city of Azaz in northern Syria, where the family faces difficult living conditions due to years of displacement and the absence of a breadwinner. Since Salwa’s father passed away, her mother has carried the full responsibility of caring for her, while the grandparents do their best—despite their limited means—to support their granddaughter.
Amid these challenges, the financial sponsorship provided by donors has offered the family real relief and restored hope to Salwa’s mother. The support helped them secure food, clothing, and essential necessities—covering needs the family could not meet on their own due to rising prices and the lack of stable income sources.
Today, Salwa and her family feel that they are not alone, and that there are people who stand with them during their most difficult moments. Your generosity is a powerful act of humanity, bringing stability and safety to a vulnerable child.
