Her mother became her only support, struggling to provide for her daughter amid harsh living conditions and limited resources.

Although Sidra is still very young, she seems older than her years in how she observes the world around her.
She worries about her mother, pays attention to every detail, and yet still carries the dreams of a child—dreams of a stable school, a new notebook, and a sense of safety that life has shaken more than once.
