In northern Syria, where life grows harsher day by day, displaced families continue to struggle to secure even the most basic necessities. In Kafr Camp, young Samar lives with her mother and her little brother Hassan in a modest tent that offers little protection from the cold or a dignified life.
Samar’s mother faces daily challenges in providing food for her children, especially with soaring prices and the lack of job opportunities inside the camp. Bread—an essential part of every Syrian family’s meal—has become a daily struggle to obtain.
Thanks to your generous donations, we were able this week to provide fresh bread to Samar’s family, offering them a nourishing meal and easing part of the burden her mother carries. The impact of this support was clear on Samar and Hassan, who expressed their joy at having bread on their table after days of scarcity.
Your continued support is a true lifeline for these families and brings hope to children like Samar, giving them the chance to live their day with dignity and food security.
Thank you for your compassion and for standing with the most vulnerable families. With your support, we continue to deliver essential aid to affected communities in Syria.
