The child Walaa lost her father as a result of the war, leaving her to face a harsh reality without a provider or protector to ensure her safety and care. With the loss of her father, and the security and stability that came with him, Walaa and her family were plunged into an extremely difficult humanitarian situation.
Walaa has no one to support her or secure her basic needs. This reality has placed a heavy burden on her childhood, exposing her to psychological and social risks, while also directly affecting her education and emotional stability.
She suffers from a severe lack of essential necessities such as food, clothing, and healthcare, amid the absence of a stable source of income and extremely harsh living conditions. Despite these challenges, Walaa continues to show remarkable strength and resilience in facing her daily struggles.
Your humanitarian support plays a vital role in protecting Walaa from carrying responsibilities far beyond her age. It helps provide her with essential needs, restores a sense of safety, and gives her the chance to reclaim her childhood and live with dignity and hope.
