Um Hossam works cleaning homes and gardens under harsh conditions, striving to provide for her three children and her husband, who has lost both legs.
They live in a fragile tent that offers little protection from the heat of summer or the cold of winter, yet she continues with unwavering determination,
so her children can stay in school and have a chance at a better future.
Years of hardship have exhausted her body…
but she could not stop—because the need was greater than the pain.
