In one of the war-affected villages in northern Syria, young Khaled lives with his mother in the Malham Orphan Village after losing his father. At a very young age, Khaled became the sole provider for his family, forced to set aside much of his childhood to work as a tailor for a very low wage—barely enough to cover their basic needs.

Amid these harsh circumstances, your generous donations made a real and tangible difference in the lives of Khaled and his mother. Through the breadwinner sponsorship, you helped ease the immense burden placed on this young boy, giving him the chance to breathe, feel supported, and live with greater dignity.

Through this sponsorship, we were able to:

• Provide essential financial support to secure food, clothing, and basic needs.
• Relieve some of the heavy responsibility carried by Khaled at such a young age.
• Offer him a better chance at psychological stability, and potentially a gradual return to education and a more normal childhood.

What you have given is far more than financial aid—it is a message of compassion and humanity that restored reassurance to a family that lost its main support. You have helped a child reclaim part of his childhood and protected his future from being lost.
