Amid the harsh humanitarian conditions faced by displaced families in northern Syria, orphaned children endure compounded hardships after losing their primary breadwinner, making them especially vulnerable to deprivation of even the most basic necessities of life.
As part of our ongoing efforts to support orphans, we provided a financial sponsorship to the orphan child Rabah, who lives with his mother in Talalin Camp in northern Syria. The family resides in a modest tent and relies heavily on humanitarian assistance, in the absence of job opportunities and amid rising living costs.
This sponsorship has contributed to meeting part of Rabah’s essential needs, including food and clothing, while also easing the burden on his mother, who strives to provide a dignified life for her children despite the difficult circumstances.
This support was not merely financial aid—it was a genuine message of hope, enhancing the child’s sense of security and giving him a better chance to continue his life with dignity.
