As part of our ongoing humanitarian response in Ihtemilat Camp, we provided financial sponsorship to the orphaned child Fatima, who lives in difficult living conditions following the loss of her father, which led to a significant deterioration in her family’s economic situation.
Fatima relies heavily on humanitarian assistance to meet her daily needs. With the scarcity of resources within the camp, there was an urgent need for direct support to help her maintain a minimum level of stability in her life.
Through your donations on GlobalGiving, we were able to deliver this sponsorship, which helped cover essential expenses, including food and basic living needs. This support has eased the burden on her family and given Fatima the chance to focus on her childhood rather than the constant worry of meeting her basic needs.
