In Ahtimlat Camp in northern Syria, where displaced families face harsh living conditions and struggle every day to meet their most basic needs, our support reached the family of this child, helping them secure one of their most essential daily food needs.
The child held the bread in his hands, perhaps unaware of the hardships surrounding him. But he knows that this bread means a meal for his family and a small moment of comfort in a day filled with hardship.
To us, bread may seem simple, but for a family living in a camp, it can make a real difference between a day marked by hunger and a day when the family can gather around a simple meal.
Through your generous support, we can continue reaching more families and children who are waiting for a helping hand in their time of need.
