Reducing Dropout Rates
Dear valued supporter,
Thank you for supporting our cause and ensuring school children in rural areas keep in school by addressing one of the greatest challenges in education-high school dropouts.
High dropout rates remain a concern in rural Uganda, often driven by poor learning conditions. Overcrowded and uncomfortable classrooms discourage students from continuing their education.
Development Alert’s classroom construction project addresses this issue by creating better learning environments. Comfortable and organized classrooms motivate students to stay in school and complete their education.
Reduced dropout rates lead to better outcomes for individuals and communities. Students who complete their education have greater opportunities for employment and personal development.
This project highlights the importance of infrastructure in keeping children in school.
