Every child deserves the opportunity to learn in a safe, comfortable, and inspiring classroom. Thanks to the generosity of our supporters, Development Alert continues to move closer to achieving that goal. Your encouragement and contributions are helping us advance our mission of building six classrooms for children in rural Uganda who currently learn in overcrowded and inadequate conditions.

Many of the schools we work with continue to experience severe classroom shortages. It is common to find more than 80 learners sharing a single classroom, making it difficult for teachers to provide individual attention or manage lessons effectively. Some children still sit on the floor or study in temporary outdoor spaces whenever classrooms become full.

Every donation, regardless of its size, brings us one step closer to changing this reality. The planned classrooms will provide learners with safe, spacious environments where they can concentrate, participate actively, and enjoy a more positive learning experience. Teachers will also benefit from manageable class sizes that allow them to deliver quality instruction.
