Dear Donor,
Thanks to your generous support, we were able to support school feeding for children in a rural primary school in Tororo District.
For many children, hunger can make it difficult to concentrate, participate in lessons, and remain engaged throughout the school day. Providing nutritious food at school helps create an environment where children can focus more fully on learning.
Our support has enabled more than 400 children to receive school meals for a complete term. For families facing economic hardship, this assistance also provides important relief while ensuring that children have access to food during their school day.
School feeding is therefore both an education and wellbeing intervention. It supports children's immediate nutritional needs while creating better conditions for learning.
Thank you for helping Development Alert put nutritious meals within reach of rural school children. Your generosity is helping children approach their lessons with greater energy, dignity, and hope.
