Thanks to your generous support, we were able to provide sewing machines and start-up materials to young people pursuing tailoring as a livelihood.
For someone with tailoring skills, access to a sewing machine can open an entirely new chapter. It can make it possible to accept customers, produce clothing, earn income, and gradually establish a sustainable enterprise.
The provision of productive equipment is particularly meaningful because it complements skills that beneficiaries already possess or are developing. Rather than simply providing temporary assistance, it creates an opportunity for continued economic activity.
For young people in rural communities, such opportunities can help reduce dependence while strengthening household incomes.
