Our building plan continues

Our Building Plan Continues*

*1. Introduction*
The building project for GABA HOPE FOR KIDS is ongoing. *Our building plan continues* with commitment to provide a safe, permanent center for children and families in Kampala and surrounding areas. This center will support education, training, counseling, and community programs.

*2. Progress Made*
- Site secured and cleared for construction
- Architectural plans finalized and approved
- Materials mobilization started for the next phase
- Community engagement and mobilization ongoing
- Stakeholder meetings held with partners and local leaders

*3. Current Phase*
Construction is moving to the next stage. Activities include:
- Foundation works
- Procurement of building materials
- Volunteer and labor coordination

*4. Challenges*
- Funding gaps to complete the current phase
- Rising cost of building materials
- Transport and logistics for materials to site

*5. Next Steps*
- Mobilize resources and donations to sustain construction
- Complete foundation and begin walling
- Engage more partners and well-wishers
- Continue community sensitization on the project

*6. Call to Action*
*Our building plan continues, but we cannot do it alone.*
