- Cultural norms affecting girls' retention (e.g., early marriage, domestic duties)
- Resource constraints for teachers & infrastructure

- *Community-led school programs*: Co-designing curricula with local leaders, girls & boys
- *Mentorship for girls in STEM*: Pairing girls with women professionals
- *Partnerships*: Collaborating with NGOs, gov't, & corporates for resources

- *Retention*: 38% of girls completed PLE with improved scores
