This project will construct boreholes in rural Ghana to provide families with reliable access to clean and safe drinking water, reducing waterborne diseases and improving daily life.
Many rural communities rely on contaminated water sources such as rivers and ponds. This exposes children and adults to illnesses including diarrhea, cholera, and typhoid, and forces families to walk long distances in search of water.
We will drill boreholes in underserved communities, install hand pumps, and provide training on water management and maintenance to ensure long-term access to safe water.
Access to clean water will reduce preventable illnesses, improve school attendance, strengthen community health, and support better hygiene and overall wellbeing for generations to come.
