A huge THANK YOU to everyone who has supported the TGI Community Centre in Livingstone, Zambia – we have reached 50% of our fundraising target!
Our on-ground staff have been busy meeting with the town council committee and the Ministry of Lands to create a draft plan for the land.
Last month our TGI programs ran for 105 students! We can’t wait until all of the workshops are in one central location at the community centre so that we can grow.
“Imagine If” is a 16 day campaign in support of African Impact Foundation’s Girl Impact gender equality projects in Zambia, South Africa, and Tanzania. The 16 Days of Activism is an annual UN initiative for gender based violence which aligns with TGI’s 6 pillars of safety, self-confidence, income generation, education, health, and early pregnancy.
This campaign will help us raise the remaining 50% of our community centre target, and support our other TGI programs in Southern and Eastern Africa.
