Dear project partners
We have spent the past couple months reviewing options and possibilities. The current options that we are considering are as follows:
1. Improve the current facilities - arrange with the landlord to add a couple more rooms, better toilet facilities etc.
2. Build / buy a house
3. Rent / lease a house
Here are some updates.
Build or buy a house: we have reviewed 3 houses that are available for sale and we found them to be on the expensive site - as high at $400,000.
Rent / lease a house: There are several houses that are available in this regard and we have looked at 2 of them. One of the houses that appear to be ideal is located in an area of town called Juba. Photos are included in this report. In the next month we will be furthering discussions with the landlord to see if we could arrive at a reasonable price. We also plan to continue to view other houses that are available for lease.
