The project expands the "Crece desde Abajo" community hall in Cordoba. It will create safe, functional spaces with two multipurpose rooms, kitchen, bathrooms, and a therapy room, while offering construction workshops that empower neighbors and youth with practical skills.
The current hall is too small, unsafe, and deteriorated, limiting educational, recreational, and food programs for children and families. In San Ignacio, poverty, environmental risks, and lack of infrastructure worsen community vulnerability and restrict opportunities.
By finishing and expanding the hall with proper facilities, the project will ensure safe conditions for meals, learning, and support activities. At the same time, hands-on training in construction skills will empower youth and neighbors, promoting ownership, safety, and long-term community growth.
The new hall will host inclusive activities for children, families, and youth, fostering education, health, and rights protection. Training in construction and energy efficiency will improve job prospects. Long-term, it strengthens community resilience, belonging, and sustainable neighborhood development.
