As each wall rises and every room takes form, hundreds of dreams are coming to life at the Dream School — the heart of our Buy a Spoon, Build a School campaign.

Behind this transformation are the tireless efforts of our project team, the dedication of our staff, and above all, the unwavering support of our generous community who continue to believe in this mission.

The Dream School is more than an expansion — it’s a promise. A promise that over 300 disadvantaged youth each year will have a place to learn, heal, and grow into professionals who lead with heart.

Because when a village comes together, dreams don’t just survive — they soar.

The KOTO Dream School is a transformative leap in KOTO’s mission to uplift disadvantaged youth through world-class hospitality training and holistic care. With continued support from VinGroup’s Kind Heart Foundation, the expanded campus in Bac Ninh will support up to 300 trainees annually, providing education, safe housing, nutrition, and emotional support in one integrated space.

More than just a school, KOTO is a home. It is a place where young people can grow, guided by our “Work-Rest-Play” philosophy - an approach that nurtures not only professional skills but also mental well-being, physical health, and emotional resilience.

Construction of Phase 2 officially commenced on March 15, 2025, with a heartfelt groundbreaking ceremony. The event marked not only the beginning of a new building, but also a prayer for protection, success, and smooth progress - a meaningful tribute to the land and those who will walk its halls.

Your support makes this possible. Each contribution helps us break the cycle of poverty by equipping vulnerable youth with the tools to build brighter futures. It also empowers our 30 dedicated staff members to continue delivering transformative, life-changing programs.
