The sewing workshops we conducted during 2023 were a great experience! Those who participated were able to reinforce their knowledge on the craft and gained autonomy and new resources to improve their employability.
Based on their feedback on the experience and the results of our internal evaluation process, we are planning new workshops for next year, with more job orientation and a better prepared space.
In February we will start an improved sewing workshop, with some modifications in the contents and in the teaching dynamics.
In March we will open a productive workshop to make customized articles that will later be offered to partner companies as gifts for their employees. Among others, people who have participated in the sewing workshop will be part of this experience; this will be a paid experience for them and we hope to be able to repeat it on a regular basis.
In order to do so, we need your continued support for ensuring the spaces, materials, supplies and professionals involved in the workshops.

Nuevos talleres de costura para 2024
Los espacios de formación en costura que realizamos durante 2023 fueron una gran experiencia! Quienes participaron pudieron reforzar sus conocimientos sobre el oficio y ganaron autonomía y nuevos recursos para mejorar su situación laboral.
Atendiendo a sus devoluciones sobre la experiencia y a los resultados de nuestro proceso interno de evaluación, estamos planificando nuevos talleres para el año próximo, con mayor orientación hacia el trabajo y un espacio mejor preparado.
En febrero iniciaremos un taller de costura mejorado, con algunas modificaciones en los contenidos y en la dinámica de dictado.
En marzo abriremos un taller productivo en el que se confeccionarán productos que luego serán ofrecidos como regalos empresariales. Entre otras personas, participarán de esta experiencia las personas que hayan atravesado el taller de costura; esto implicará una primera experiencia remunerada para ellas y tenemos la ilusión de poder repetirla de forma regular.
Para ello, necesitamos que ustedes nos sigan apoyando, y de esta forma asegurar los espacios, materiales, insumos y profesionales que intervienen en estos talleres.
