You've heard us excitedly share about our students - the amazing young ladies from An Giang who were finalists in the 2021 Technovation Challenge. For sure, you've heard it. We've been telling anyone and everyone who would listen. And even some who were not listening :)
But one of the reasons we are so excited about the results is because of the self-confidence this program can give to our students - especially the young ladies growing up in orphanages throughout Vietnam who might believe that careers in technology are better suited for males. We see it regularly. But the results from 2021 have provided momentum for 2022. Although covid continues to effect in-person in Vietnam, we are planning great things for the 2022 Technovation program - whether they be virtual or in-person or hybrid.
Thank you for driving this momentum. Your support has allowed us to launch this program. And the result is that we are engaging so many amazing young ladies in an exciting project that challenges them in ways that help confidence.
