Castration for Romanian Street Dogs

Happy New Year! And thank you all for the support in 2023!

Thanks to local volunteer vet teams, we successfully conducted a large-scale castration event in mid-December, sterilizing a total of 350 animals, including 65 cats and dogs from our farm. Our mission is to continue these vital efforts, but we are currently in need of additional funding to organize and execute more castration events.

Recent Achievements:

• Successful Castration Event:
  In December, we managed to castrate 350 animals, significantly contributing to the control of the street dog population.
• Involvement of Local Veterinarians:
  Collaboration with skilled local veterinarians ensured safe and humane procedures.

Current Situation:

• Ongoing Need for Population Control:
  Despite our recent success, the street dog population remains high, and continuous efforts are required.
• Financial Requirements:
  Each castration event incurs considerable costs, including medical supplies, veterinarian fees, and post-operative care.
