In San Miguel de Allende - known as "the best city in the world" - deep inequality forces families living on less than $300 USD a month to choose between earning a living or keeping their children safe. Without access to affordable early education and childcare, these children begin life already at a disadvantage, trapped in a cycle of poverty with limited opportunities for the future.
