Dear Angels,
The children, their families and our CILA team, thank you for supporting Centro Infantil de los Angeles this year! Thanks to people like you, we had a successful year. Two classes of Kindergarteners graduated in July and will move on to Primary school. We are confident they will have a successful school experience.
In 2025 we added one more daycare class and will be able to continue providing services to these children as they move up to the next level. Erik is the little boy I sponsor. Before we added the additional daycare class, he was a 1 year old in a classroom with the younger babies. He was not walking. There was no space for him in the next level class where he could be around toddlers who were walking. After we added the additional class, he was able to learn and walk with his age level peers. At Centro Infantil de los Angeles, (CILA), we are always looking at ways to improve and to reach more children in need.
Our hopes for the 2025-2026 school year include paying our one Volunteer teacher and opening an additional daycare room. Our goal is to provide high-quality free daycare and Early Childhood services to all the lowest-income children in this community.
