This project will build a school in the Villa de Reyes community in San Luis Potosi. We will be able to provide a high-quality education to the children of this community. The impact of this school will promote growth in the literacy, and overall education of the community.
According to the OECD (Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development), the average student in Mexico had the lowest reading literacy and math and science scores among the nations enrolled in its study. Currently, Mexico faces many barriers that negatively impact its growth in the educational sector. These barriers include a lack of quality education, a lack of teachers' performance, increased dropout rates, a lack of appropriate schools, and an outdated training curriculum.
Centro Educando is ready to face the educational issue head-on. By providing private school education at a tuition-free state-of-the-art institution, we can give the children in this community the building blocks to success. Centro Educando will also focus on having the highest quality teachers possible, who are ready to implement Educational Reform to provide our students with a comprehensive education. By creating an environment focusing on Education and Well-Being, our students can succeed.
Through sustained efforts, including the collaboration of various entities in Mexico, we look to positively impact educational reform in Mexico. The long-term impact will affect the country's social, economic, and cultural landscape.
