Nature-based production means using natural resources and processes to grow or make things in a way that protects the environment and supports long-term health of ecosystems. By remaining this thing, Bangladesh Environment and Development Society (BEDS) is trying to a sustainable production practice by the natural resources of Sundarbans species. BEDS organized a mangrove-based product processing, packaging and marketing training in a coastal area of Bagerhat District in Mongla upazila at Sonailtala Union.
25 housewives of this area attend this training who are fully detached and unknown about the production and business of mangrove-based product. BEDS have a long-term sustainable planning that nature is the only solution for any crisis. For that case, training is facilitating among the women so that they can interested on this production activity.
BEDS is seeking to set up this production and packaging facility in different places of coastal region so that they can produce and branding their product in world wide. Need the support from the well wishers who want to be a part of this welfare activity.
