Now a days, we are staying in position that using Hybridge seed and chemical fertilizer so that maximum crop can produce from the crop land. But to bring out from these concept, BANOJIBI cooperative people using only kitchen garbage and cow dung as fertilizer and also local native seed for their vegetable land. Ultimate result is that quality vegetable is growing and also cooperative members are selling this natural vegetable that bringing an amount of income for the cooperative society.
Objectives of these community:
i) Healthy vegetable for developing sound community.
ii) Create some income for the community women.
iii) Diversification of income and alternative income source creation.
