New Churches gain skills to protect their kids

By Mildred Jutzen | jerrry Giraffe Project Leader

Five new churches were trained by Fikelela to implement the Jerry giraffe child abuse protection programme.

Eleven teachers were trained and very excited by the new materials.

They are all planning to start the programme just after Easter and were excitted to learn the songs and prepare the materials for their kids.

They had a chance to see all the ten lessons and to practice using the resources during the workshop. They were given a CD with materials and songs so they can practice at home.

The children enjloy learning during singing songs and the actions are great fun for them!

it is important to learn about emotions through games, and to learn which are the special parts of the body that noone is allowed to touch

Thankyou so much for your support for this important project!
