2 siblings came with sadness in their eyes. Not because they had become separated from their mother but because of what had happened to their mother. They were the witnesses of some horrible things and they saw the psychological decline of their beloved mum. From a loving and caring mother she changed into a depressed woman who seemed unable to care for her kids and left them to fend for themselves. She finally reached out for help and was admitted in our safehouse for women where she receives the much needed counseling, parenting skills training and rehabilitation. Her children are kept in a separate safehouse where they also receive much needed counseling, where they can ply and are cared for while their mother recovers. a few times a week they meet up with their mum. Slowly they see her transformation, she starts to take more interest in them and their well-being and a few weeks later they all laugh together and the broken bond is being restored. After three months they will leave together, all have healed and ready to be the close knit family again. To see the broken people being healed is what Abraham's Oasis loves the most. Thank you for helping us!
