Dear Donor,
We wish that you are enjoying the summer even though it is so warm in many areas of the wolrd.
Our monitoring project is still running even though people have to undertake surveys under very hot weather.
The last monitoring (the 4th in 2020) was finished well in July. We have undertook surveys at 79 sites with 923 volunteers this time and 1.45 tonnes of coastal litter has been removed.
The 2020 Vol.04 report shows that the domestic litter distribution density is 1.43 pieces per square meter and 33.6 gram per square meter. 82.2% of litter is plastics. The top 5 litter types are polyfoam, other hard plastics, plastic package, other film plastics, and other glass & ceramics.
Thanks for supporting us! Please keep following us~
Regards,
Rendu Ocean
