I Introduction

In November and December 2023, TN received two grants from GlobalGiving to support vulnerable members for Christmas. TN organized a meeting to carry out three activities.

The one relating to the Christmas project will be developed in the 2nd point.

A financial report related to the Christmas project is presented in the 3rd point.

This activity is combined with that on the health of certain members.

II The activity carried out for the Christmas project

II. 1 Organization of a meeting to celebrate Christmas later by eating together.

On Monday January 22 and the year 2024, the TIGOUNG NONMA Association (TN) organized a meeting at the president's house.

The aim of this meeting is to wish each other the best for the year 2024 over a common meal and at the same time celebrate Christmas together.

The members present at this ceremony took the opportunity to congratulate the president who was nominated to participate in the Faso Talent d’Or.

III The results achieved

This activity allowed certain members of Tigoung Nonma to celebrate Christmas at the president's house.
They took the opportunity to congratulate the president who was second in the Faso Talent d’Or.

IV Difficulties encountered

Low mobilization of resources to celebrate well;
The majority of members for various reasons were unable to take part in the meeting (Others are sick, others have traveled and others have social problems, etc.).

V Outlook

Organize awareness raising on the rights of disabled people, and the actions to take in the face of security and cost of living problems in Burkina Faso;
Make donations to vulnerable people including internally displaced people with disabilities
