December to Remember – Lugbe Community Yearly Christmas Outreach, Abuja

Nearly 500 people, including elderly women, widows, pregnant and nursing mothers, and less-privileged families.
Christmas Season: A Day of Love, Giving, and Hope
During the last Christmas season, our team and volunteers gathered in the Lugbe community in Abuja to celebrate our annual outreach program titled “December to Remember.” It was a day filled with smiles, gratitude, and the joy of giving.

The turnout was overwhelming, with close to 500
people attending the event. Among them were elderly women, pregnant mothers, widows, nursing mothers, and less-privileged men and youths. Many beneficiaries expressed deep gratitude, sharing that it was the first time they would have enough food to celebrate Christmas with their families.

Impact and Gratitude
The atmosphere during the outreach was filled with laughter, prayers, and heartfelt appreciation. For many beneficiaries, this act of kindness brought renewed hope and a sense of belonging.

One elderly woman shared with tears in her eyes:
"I didn’t know I would eat rice and meat this Christmas. May God bless everyone who made this possible."
Moments like these remind us why we do what we do. Beyond providing food, we also shared love, dignity, and hope with the people.

Our Goal for December 2025
This year, we aim to go even further. On December 23, 2025, we plan to reach over 1,500 vulnerable women and families by providing rice, food items, and meat so that no one is left behind during the Christmas celebration.
However, we cannot achieve this goal alone. We need the support of partners, donors, and volunteers to make this dream a reality.

Your donations will help us purchase more rice, cooking essentials, and meat for distribution, allowing us to reach more families in Lugbe and neighboring communities.
