As the year comes to an end, we’re filled with gratitude and pride for all the amazing things we’ve achieved together at Foyer Ek’Abana.
Over the past three months, we’ve continued to care for vulnerable children through medical support, education, and nutrition. The rainy season brought challenges, with illnesses spreading quickly among children, but thanks to the mutuelles de santé (health fund), we ensured they received priority care. One child, for example, underwent hernia surgery and is now thriving!
We’re also celebrating stories of hope, such as that of a four-year-old girl, longing for a family, who was placed with a loving foster family alongside another little girl. Their foster mother has opened her home and heart, giving them a fresh start filled with love and stability. This is just one of many children who have found their forever homes, thanks to the generosity of foster families.
Our poultry farming project is also flourishing! The young farmers are not only learning responsibility but embracing it fully. Their passion even inspired them to form their own committee!
As we approach the holidays and the new year, we’re inspired to continue this work with renewed dedication. Your support makes this possible. This season, you can help us bring joy and hope to more children. Every donation brings us closer to a brighter future.
