This project near Herat City desperately needs your help. While there was a small, insufficient well at this building, it is no longer functional. No water is available at this time. The children are unable to wash their hands or get a drink during school hours. And the community has no access to clean water. This well will serve more than 3000 people.
Until this project is fully funded, it is not possible for this center to drill the new well and again have clean water for its use. The lack of clean drinking water leaves the students and the community at risk for infectious diseases.
