This project will address the broader enabling environment that will help improve performance in schools at the same time avail opportunities to rural girls to be able to meet their dreams and tap into profitable careers once have done with their studies; this should go hand in hand with women empowerment as they play great role in children development and performance. Women are greater entrepreneurs and with proper training they will ultimately control their future and future of the family
Women and girls and are facing deprivation of their rights, heavy work load on top of daily household chores. The life of women and girls in rural areas is becoming more complicated; this harshness needs immediate interventions/solutions.Over decades, women have been and still under the men dominance, this phenomenon has placed women in persistence to gain the right to profit from the yields of the products they harvest and handle. Many women in rural areas continue to live in capitalism era.
Supporting women and girls attain their full potential by giving them platform to exhibit their strength and abilities Drive change and commitment to scale up partnership among various actors, the state agencies, NGOs, UN, International organizations and private sector for achieving 2030 UN agenda. Fostering a change in community attitude and perspective towards handing helping hands to women and girls. Equipping catchment with tools necessary for community transformation
