Our Community Health Worker Training Initiative is focused on strengthening community healthcare delivery by equipping local health workers with essential knowledge and practical skills. Many underserved communities face limited access to trained health personnel, which affects early disease detection, health education, and timely referrals for treatment.
Through this initiative, we are providing structured training to community health workers in areas such as basic healthcare support, health education, disease prevention, patient guidance, and referral systems. These efforts help improve access to healthcare services at the community level and promote early intervention for better health outcomes.
With ongoing donations received, we are able to expand training opportunities and reach more community health workers across different regions.
