BOSS NGO in partnership with Local panchayat will be extending Mobile Solar Computer classes in 10 rural areas for 40 poor women beneficiaries . Each villages are based in rural communities of Tiruvannamalai District in India and they lack electricity and a great number of things for proper learning of their pupils. The innovative solar technologies that BOSS NGO utilizes, will enable the pupils of the two schools to be trained in computer skills right at their location.
The project reached to about 200 with practical computer skills within a year. About 200 participants will be able to utilize the computers for creating, accessing and sharing news and information. The state of communication and learning will improve greatly in the target communities. Lastly, the participants will be able to enjoy low-cost services that computers can offer as compared to traditional ones.
