The enable and empower young adolescent girls to obtain skill knowledge about themselves. This Project is a need based to poor Dalit youth and girls (age grroup 18 to 26 ) to uplift their standard of life. BOSS selected 80 beneficiaries from Poor family. The Computer Training will be give to 40 beneficiaries for Six months ( 80 beneficiaries for Twelve months ) a Training hall will be taken on rental basis, 4 adolescent girls and boys will be select from each Villages.
80 poor adolescent youths families will acquire additional financial support of their family expenses to lead their day to day life and daily bread. 80 poor adolescent youths will build their capacity and skill development and can assess their potentiality. 80 poor adolescent girls will acquire computer knwledge and they will become experts in software skill. Totally these 80 Dalit adolescent girls will secure their economic status in life and save money for their marriage and future.
