The Spread of Corona Virus in Kenya has closed all non-essential businesses & services, as the government ramps up preventative measures to combat Covid-19. The pandemic is Greatly affecting the poor in the grassroots . In response ,we have joined forces with leaders from different sectors to launch the Community Action Response to encourage everyone to do what they can to support the Rural communities and particularly vulnerable and isolated people during the Covid-19
Covid-19 has brought a negative social and economic impact and cutting down livelihoods as businesses and industries close, cutting off any means of earning a living. These people now face the challenge of not being able to feed their families. They require food,hygiene kits and energy products to help them adapt to the pandemic while staying safe in their homes.
We have a strong grassroots presence giving us the advantage to reach out to these families and donate food and hygiene kits to help them adapt to COVID 19. We will provide food,face masks , hygiene kits, and Energy products to avert an energy crisis .Our work will supplement the Governments efforts to manage the spread and impact of the pandemic . The intervention will adhere to the Government's guidelines of maintaining hygiene ,use of masks and social distancing.
The intervention will contain the Spread and impact of the Pandemic to the grass root communities .Your donation will help the most vulnerable families survive this pandemic. The food ration will provide essential nutrition during the time of crisis. The Hygiene kits will enable families to maintain high hygiene standards necessary to curb the spread of Covid-19 in order to save lives and the economy of our this Country. Together we can STOP COVID 19.
