Creation of a development center for youth

We continue to actively work with teenagers and children aged 10 to 18 in Mykolaiv. For them, our team organizes a wide range of activities — from interactive trainings and educational workshops to creative sessions that help develop talents, communication skills, and critical thinking.

Over the past period, we have conducted 30 diverse activities, attended by 181 teenagers and children. On average, each session gathers about 6 participants, which allows us to create an atmosphere of trust and give personal attention to everyone.

A special focus of our work is career guidance and professional orientation sessions. Teenagers often face difficulties when making decisions about their future, and such meetings help them better understand their own interests, abilities, and prospects. We introduce young people to current labor market trends, discuss in-demand professions, and teach them how to analyze their strengths. This builds a conscious approach to choosing a life path and fosters confidence in the future.

In addition, our space has become not only a place for organized activities, but also a true platform for young people. Here, they can meet even outside of formal events — to communicate, share ideas and plans, find new friends and like-minded peers. This atmosphere of openness and support helps teenagers feel safe, express themselves, and build healthy social connections.

We are convinced that such initiatives play an important role in the lives of the younger generation, as they not only develop skills but also help children and teenagers feel part of an active and caring community.
