Thanks to your invaluable support and trust, we have successfully launched a series of universal training sessions for teenagers! These activities have become an important step toward creating a safe and supportive space for young people, especially in the context of the ongoing armed conflict.
The training sessions focus on key areas that help teenagers cope with today’s challenges:
emotional health and resilience,
effective communication,
time management skills,
and strategies for managing stress and anxiety.
One of the most touching moments was the art therapy activity "Heart of Wishes" — each child created their own unique heart, filled with dreams, colors, and hope. It was more than just a creative exercise; it was a true journey into their inner world.
This technique offered an opportunity to look within — and to discover how much light, warmth, and kindness is hidden in each teenager's soul. Moments like these help young people feel their own value, find inner strength, and restore faith in themselves and in the future.
Even after the very first sessions, we saw how much this initiative is needed — more than 30 families reached out, asking to enroll their children in our upcoming trainings, workshops, and creative activities. This clearly shows how essential it is to provide such educational and developmental spaces for youth living in difficult social and emotional conditions.
We are already seeing the urgent need to expand the center’s activities — including the search for a larger space and the broadening of the range of services offered: from additional trainings to regular consultations with specialists and new directions in creative development.
Thank you for making this possible. Together, we are creating an environment where teenagers can grow, develop, and feel safe.
