Feeling like flying

Dear all Alhassan Foundation’s friends, believers & supporters,

We want to share happy news with you our dear donors that we just delivered 22 customized wheelchairs to a diverse group of our beneficiaries. We know that this wheelchair will change their lives. Many of them say that they feel that they are flying once they use it for the 1st time and say it can’t be even compared with the feeling that they have riding their traditional hospital wheelchair.

Alaa is one of the beneficiaries who just got his new active wheelchair posted on our Facebook group his testimonial saying that:

“Many thanks & greetings to Alhassan Foundation for helping us and facilitating an opportunity to play sports and live an active life through their projects and especially Customized Wheelchair project, which helps providing us with a wheelchair that is more comfortable and enable us to be physically independent and able to move around without assistance.. Thank You Alhassan Foundation for supporting us” (-Alaa)

These customized wheelchairs are tailored made for each case based on his/her weight, height, health condition, and needs. It’s made with medically approved materials, and components. It’s also provided with cushions to resist pressure sores & any possible skin irritation. Riding this efficient light-weighted wheelchair made wheelers’ daily lives so much easier; consequently that improved their self-esteem and physical independence.

Our dream is to provide this efficient wheelchair to each and every wheelchair user in Egypt to make their life easier and help them live the life of the Differently Abled person not like a disabled person. Not only that, but also we provide electric wheelchairs for Quadriplegia cases and adjustable wheelchairs for kids to fit their age & condition.

We would like to thank each and every one of you for your support. We urge you to continue supporting our cause and stay loyal donors to our cause through subscribing to a monthly recurring donation option. That will help wheelchair users in Egypt be more confident and accomplished. Please visit our Facebook page to read other success stories:
