Customized Wheelchairs for the 1st time in Egypt!

Dear Alhassan Foundation’s friends, believers & supporters

We must thank you all for your support, which enabled us to provide more than 500 wheelchairs to individuals with mobility impairments across various governorates of Egypt during the first half of 2025— a step that reflects the Foundation’s ongoing commitment to supporting every person’s right to move freely and with dignity, and to advancing comprehensive social inclusion

These customized wheelchairs are tailor-made for each case based on his/her weight, height, health condition and needs. It’s made with medically approved materials, and components. It’s also provided with cushions to resist pressure sores & any possible skin irritations. Using customized wheelchairs made wheelers’ daily lives so much easier; consequently, that boosted their self-esteem and physical independence.

We at AlHassan Foundation always aim to be present to serve our members everywhere and in every governorate in Egypt

Despite the increase in the cost of wheelchairs, moreover it is difficult to gather all this number of wheelchair users in one place

However, Alhassan Foundation team did a more than wonderful job in terms of this event organization and the efficiency in the delivery of the 250 wheelchairs in just 3 days.

We can’t described our feelings as Alhassan Foundation team when we saw the happiness on the faces of 250 wheelchair users and how we were able to be part of their journey to be included again in their different communities.
